I’m Luca Pipis, a lawyer, ski instructor, and reformer Pilates instructor.
Movement has been a natural part of my life since childhood. I’ve been skiing since the age of two, and later explored athletics, fitness, running, and CrossFit. These experiences taught me that strength, endurance, and mindful movement are not only about performance, but also about maintaining long-term health.
I discovered Pilates a few years ago and was immediately drawn to its holistic approach, which builds strength, develops body awareness, and supports longevity – maintaining sustainable, high-quality movement throughout life. I believe that true strength is expressed not only through muscle, but also through stability, control, and awareness.
In my classes, I focus on moving and strengthening the entire body in a functional and balanced way. Through a variety of exercises, I help my clients discover their own limits – and realize that these limits are often much further away than they think. One of my most important goals is for everyone to experience that they can grow, become stronger, and use their body with greater confidence when they are willing to believe in themselves.
Movement and a health-conscious lifestyle have played an important role in my life for many years. I practiced ballet for a long time, where I learned the importance of precision, control, and mindful movement. I carry these values into my work as an instructor, as I believe in precise execution and safe movement.
During my university studies in dietetics, I gained a deeper understanding of anatomy and physiology, which I also incorporate into my classes to guide my clients through movement in a conscious and safe way.
For me, reformer Pilates is not simply a form of exercise, but an opportunity to step away from everyday life, recharge, and become stronger and more confident along the way. In my classes, I place particular emphasis on correct technique, individual feedback, and ensuring that every client is challenged according to their own level and needs – so they leave each class feeling energized and with a sense of achievement.
I look forward to welcoming you to my classes, whether you’re just discovering the world of reformer Pilates or you’re already an experienced practitioner.
I’m Diána Dunaveczki, a teacher, reformer and mat Pilates instructor, as well as a barre and spine trainer.
For me, Pilates represents both physical and mental renewal, combined with continuous growth.
My personal experiences inspired me to become a Pilates instructor and help others discover the healing power of movement. For me, training is not simply about guiding you through exercises, but about teaching you how to use your body consciously.
My mission is to make movement both a source of joy and a preventive practice that supports and protects your spine.
Individual attention and personalized modifications play a key role in my classes, allowing you to safely challenge your limits while achieving maximum results.
Everyone is welcome, regardless of fitness level or body type.
If you’re looking to make visible progress in a supportive and positive environment while focusing on precision and quality movement, you’re in the right place!
I look forward to seeing you!
Movement and a healthy lifestyle have always been an important part of my life. Since childhood, I’ve explored several sports: I played competitive volleyball for many years, and also practiced tennis and figure skating. These experiences taught me perseverance, the importance of precise movement, and that progress can only be achieved through conscious effort.
Later, I found my true passion in the world of fitness, where I became increasingly focused on mindful movement. First as a group fitness instructor and later as a reformer Pilates instructor, my goal has been to create varied, inspiring, and professionally structured classes for my clients.
When planning my classes, I place particular emphasis on creativity, gradual progression, and helping everyone develop at their own level. I believe reformer Pilates not only strengthens and tones the body, but also builds confidence, enhances body awareness, and helps us move through everyday life with greater ease and confidence.
I’d love to welcome you if you’re looking for a class where movement gives you the opportunity to switch off, recharge, and feel good in your own body.
Hi, I’m Dóra Junghausz, a 21-year-old university student and reformer Pilates instructor.
Throughout my life, I’ve tried many different sports – skiing, basketball, horse riding, and dancing – but Pilates was where I truly found something that captivated me. After my very first class, I knew it was much more than just exercise for me: it was also a way to recharge both physically and mentally and take a break from everyday life.
I believe Pilates has something to offer everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. As an instructor, my goal is to create a supportive and motivating environment where you feel safe, can develop at your own pace, and genuinely enjoy every class.
I look forward to welcoming you to my classes!
